Hebrews 11:6—Without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Whatever Your Duty Is In The Kingdom Of God, Do It In Season And Out Of Season. Do It With Excellence Or Don’t Do It At All!
If you’re thrown in jail like Paul, write the book of Romans. If you’re beaten and chained in prison, sing in the midnight hour. If you’re knocked down, get up and get back in the fight. Quit whining about your circumstances. Take up your cross. Put your hand to the plow and don’t look back. Put on the whole armor of God—and fight. Arise and do exploits in the name of our God.
It’s not what happens to you. It’s how you respond to what happens to you. You can get bitter or you can get better. You can wallow in your selfpity or you can get off your duff and turn the lemon that life has given you into lemonade. It is your choice. You can rise to the highest destiny God has for you or you can wallow in some cesspool of selfmade agony. I’m saying to you in Jesus’ name, whatever your past, get over it. You can be a new creature in Christ Jesus.
