I believe for the most part we all do our humanly best to do just that, to do as He asks, but we sometimes fall short. It is not easy being a Christian, it has never been said that it would be.
It isn't so much life and it's difficulties you have to overcome , it is the self in you that needs to be conquered. Trust and Obey God with patient endurance and you shall see all that He has promised.
