It is one thing to reminisce of fond memories, but another to dwell on any of the bad things that happened. You cannot change what has already taken place, but you can change what happens today.
Wake up each morning thanking God for waking up, for taking a breath, for being blessed for what you do have. You have the choice to exist or the choice to live.
