All believers must be baptized and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit, but not all believers allow the Holy Spirit to affect their lives.

We are commanded to "be filled with the Holy Spirit and when are we filled with the Spirit, it is imperatives to live within God's moral directives. Be blessed as  pastor David Ibiyioeme talks more about the importance of Holy Spirit.
