I then heard the scripture: And, behold, a woman which was diseased with an issue of blood for twelve years came behind them, and touched the hem of His garment (Matthew 9:20).
But Jesus said, “Someone deliberately touched me, for I felt healing power go out of me (Luke 8:46). Have you deliberately touched Jesus, have you pursued him with your whole heart? We are to love him with our whole heart, body, mind and soul. We are to relent, release and surrender to Him....
What are you holding on to, do you have the strength to let it go today? Can you leave it at the altar and walk away. I felt led to inquire more about the altar and was hearing the song in my spirit,”Come to the Altar!”....
The prayer Altar represents a lifestyle where we draw the presence of God and push back the spiritual darkness to see transformation come into our lives and the lives of others, we can also pray for territorial transformation. The altar is a place of adoring, listening, turning, agreeing and reviving. The altar in the Bible also represents”God’s Table”, a sacred place for sacrifices and gifts offered up to God....
May we learn to pour ourselves out as a love offering before the Lord. May we always be a living sacrifice with or without our healing. May nothing ever separate us from the love of God. For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor demons, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:38-39)....
Reach out and touch the hem of his garment today....
He is closer than you think....
