According to Romans 8vs 1- There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
To walk in the spirit is to have a mutual communication with God. There is no condemnation to them as long as they are in christ Jesus.
There are a lot of people who follow their own spirit but claim it is God's spirit.
