Breaking Generational Curses by Bishop David Oyedepo

One need to recognize the curses in his or her life before thinking of how to get free of them and stay free, you have to admit you have a problem. It is sounds simple, but we live in a day and age of denial. Genesis 12:3 told us 'And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.'

The inherited curses from family background can hold someone a huge ransom if the person has not find the way of our Lord Jesus Christ.  The Bible mentions “generational curses” in several places (Exodus 20:5; 34:7; Numbers 14:18; Deuteronomy 5:9). God warns that He is “a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me.” No matter what has happened to us in our lives, each of us are responsible for the choices and decisions we make. If you really want to be free, you will accept the responsibility.

What a great teaching of freedom from Bishop David Oyedepo as he dwells on how to break the chains of bondage from our lineage. Be blessed as you watch after the cut
