The Redeemed Of The Lord by John Hagee

Thessalonians 4:16-17—For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:  And the dead in Christ shall rise first; Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

The Redeemed Of The Lord Will Also Have A Close Encounter Of The Fourth Kind When The Trump Of God Sounds And The Dead In Christ Rise And We Sail From This Earth In The Rapture Of The Church!
Part One—

I believe there is life in outer space—in a place called heaven that God has prepared for those who love him.  I believe there is a celestial city where the Architect of the ages has built a mansion with my name written in diamonds over the door.  I believe there is a Savior called Jesus Christ.  And I believe that very soon the bloodwashed church of Jesus Christ will suddenly disappear from this earth in the twinkling of an eye.

Acts 1:9-11 says that Jesus Christ will return to earth the same way he left it:  in the clouds!  “Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven?  This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”

Note two things about verse 11.  It will be “this same Jesus” who returns to earth—not the “cosmic Christ” of the New Age or the reincarnated avatar of the Eastern religions—but the same Jesus who climbed the bloody crest of Calvary and gave himself for the redemption of my sin… His disciples saw him ascend into the clouds and his disciples will see him return in the exact same manner.

Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at he last trump:  for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed 1 Corinthians 15:51-52.
