I saw a vision this morning of a man kneeled down at the foot of the cross.
But just before the blood dripped on him to cleanse him of his sin, he turned and ran. I asked the Father, “Why did he run?” He said he was afraid the blood would make his sin visible to me.
He did not realize it is the exact opposite, the blood covers it and makes it invisible. But if we walk in the light, as he is the light, we have fellowship with one another and the blood of Jesus, his Son purifies us from all sin (1 John 1:7).
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (James 5:16). Something I have said for years, even when I lived in the world.
“Monsters only live in the dark!” For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all (Luke 8:17). It is he who reveals the profound and hidden things; he knows what is in the darkness and the light dwells with him (Daniel 2:22). Truly nothing is hidden from God, if light dwells in him. If he simply were to pass by you, your nakedness would be exposed.
Your nakedness will be uncovered, your shame also will be exposed; I will take vengeance and will not spare a man (Isaiah 47:3). I encourage you to run to Him, not from Him. Through your sins are red as scarlet, I will wash them white as snow. Accept the free gift of salvation. Because who the Son sets free, is free indeed.
The Lord says, “It is mine to forgive!” I will cast your sin into the sea of forgetfulness, and remember it no more. God wants to set you free, he longs for fellowship with you. Best friends with the Creator of the universe, what better union could there be....
