When the enemy comes in, like a FLOOD, the Spirit of the Lord raises up a standard against him. Be not afraid, Dear One. Only believe. My Standard flying over your head says," Come no farther." I have arisen from My Place of Majesty and said, "ENOUGH!" I am your Strong Defender. I have DESTROYED the works of the devil.
I am He who rides the heavens to your help, and through the skies in majesty. I am on your side, My Child, NOTHING shall stand against you. Hear the WAR trumpets, My Beloved, for victory shall certainly come and it shall be delayed no longer....................................................................................................................................
God's setting up or giving a banner imports His presence and protection and aid extended to His people.
Standard/Banner definition: A lofty signal-flag, not carried about, but stationary. It was usually erected on a mountain or other lofty place. As soon as it was seen the war-trumpets were blown ( Psalms 60:4; Isaiah 5:26;11:12; 3:2;18:3;30:17; Jeremiah 4:6 21; Ezekiel 27:7 ).
