Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
When you trust in yourself instead of God, you become your own god…and you miss out on all the incredible blessings the one true God has in store for you, things you could never accomplish on your own.
Let me ask you a few questions. Do you have the profession of Christ or the possession of Christ? Do you have religion or righteousness? Have you mastered the ceremony but have no consecration to Christ?
Above all else, He wants you to seek Him in all that you do. Is this easier said than done? Absolutely! But it is so worth it when you see that amazing miracle staring at you right in the face. Don't believe in miracles? You will when you need one!
If you are facing a difficult circumstance that you have never seen before, give God a chance. He should be your very first cry in the dark when the night seems so black that you can't see your way out. He can hear you. He can help you. Trust Him and He will turn your life around!
