These are like the Ezekiel waters, and wherever they flow, there is life! Unfortunately, my children‘s ears are bombarded day and night with the report of the enemy.
News reports with only a shadow of truth. Doom and gloom reporters, trying to sell newspapers and magazines. The Lord said, time you picked up and read a bestseller “THE BIBLE”. The truth, the word of God, infallible, undeniable, unprecedented, unquestionable, never changing. The rock on which you can stand.
The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1).
Let the word flow through your life like a river of change, like an impenetrable barrier that the enemy cannot cross. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). I see two Rivers colliding, one of the enemy and one of the Lord. There is a great show down coming between good and evil. And it is time to decide what side of the river you are on. Because when the Spirit of the Lord raises a standard to protect his own, don’t be found hobbling between two opinions.
I want to be found behind the garden gate with the Lord. Not the pits of hell with the enemy. Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it (Matthew 7:13-14).
So come daily and let your mind, ears, and eyes be renewed by my word. To make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word (Ephesians 5:26). Are you coming daily to let the Lord clean you up? Tread carefully in this fallen world, so you don’t wake up one morning and realize there is nothing of Christ left in you. I pray that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what is the wealth of his glorious inheritance in the Saints. Being redeemed and renewed in your heart and mind you will say. But we all with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord, who is the Spirit (2 Corinthians 3:18).
Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And where the river flows, there is life. Come jump in the river today and be healed, cleansed, delivered and set free. Let the shackles and chains of bondage fall once and for all. And say this with me: Whom the Son sets free, is free indeed....
