Pillar is a strong poll made of metal or concrete that holds upper level of a building or structure but the pillar in this context means a stronghold that wouldn't allow you to reach your goals within the stipulated time. Israelites encountered Red Sea on their way out of Egypt but Moses had to speaks to it before it could parted away for Israelites to passed through.
Pillar could be a barricade or veil preventing someone to actualize his or her goals in life. We must take note that when we have a bigger goal, challenges would definitely raise its ugly heads. He who has great glories worrying by evildoers.
