You also receive the Holy Spirit which resides in each of us. We do not think about it as much as we should, but our bodies are God's temples. We each house the Holy Spirit within us.
For most of us we could probably do a better job at maintaining God's temple, I know I could, I am very much food motivated.
We don't need to live in a gym, we just need to take care of ourselves better, take care of God's temple a little bit better.
