Lord, You Go Before Me And Behind Me To Hem Me In; And Your Hand Is On Me!
Lord, You are my protection. As a child of God, I live in Your presence. I come to You and find refuge under Your wings. When I call on Your name, Jesus—You are near. You hear my cry and save me!
In times of danger, You are my shield. Your name is a strong tower—safe and high above evil. As I bring my petitions to You, with thanksgiving, the Father’s peace surrounds my heart and mind.
When battles come my way, I am not afraid or dismayed because the battles belong to God and He is with me. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the lord lifts up a standard against him and puts him to flight. Lord, You are faithful. You strengthen me, set me on a firm foundation and guard me form the evil one. You are my refuge and fortress! On You I lean and rely; and in You I confidently trust!
