Just a small spark can create a large fire. When you start a fire with your mouth, will it be one of destruction or redemption.
One of relief or a crushing burden. And a small rudder makes a Huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses to go, even though the winds are strong. In the same way the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches.
But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire (James 3:4-5). To see the best reflection you want a calm lake. And to reach your destination, you desire an unopposed path to travel. But sometimes as the storm rages; you lose sight of who you are. And as you travel to your destiny, you encounter a distraction or two. Flee to God who is your refuge, confidence and hope. Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which entereth into that within the veil (Hebrews 6:19). As we cross through the veil, prepare yourself as a man, for what you may see. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face-to-face.
Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known (1 Corinthians 13:12). Even now, as one door fades away and another comes into sight. We are not only experiencing a season of open doors, but greater spiritual insight. You will have eyes to see, and ears to hear. Don’t become spiritually dull like your ancestors. The time for provision and division is here. I am coming in with the winnowing fork to separate the wheat from the tares. I will harvest that which is good and pleasing to me. But in that day, if you are found to be lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth (Revelation 3:16).
A time of redemption and prevention is here. Pastor, take steps to protect your flock. Beware of false prophets who come to you in sheep‘s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves (Matthew 7:15). Likewise, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit (Matthew 7:17). The great tempter (the devil) prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong (1 Corinthians 16:13). Hold onto Jesus: But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you (Romans 8:11). Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have done, and even greater works because I am going to the Father (John 14:12). ARE YOU READY FOR THE GREATER?....
