He said, “WILL YOU TRUST ME!” Will you trust me when you can’t see how deep the water is, will you wade in anyway.
If I called you in the midnight hour, would you take the next step even though you cannot see a thing. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, the flames will not set you ablaze (Isaiah 43:2).
There are mighty men and women of faith arising in this hour. They have experience tremendous trials and afflictions to arrive at their destination. Their appointed assignment and position did not come without a cost. Some were not willing to pay the price, but some were. Suppose one of you wants to build a tower.
Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it? (Luke 14:28). In the same way, those of you who do not give up everything you have cannot be my disciples. Salt is good, but if it loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? (Luke 14:34). You are called to be the salt and the light of the world.
How can you complete your task if you are not carrying the light inside. For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us light of the knowledge of God‘s glory displayed in the face of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:6). Shine out with all the glory you can carry. Let it draw His people to him. Just like the song says, “Let your little light shine!”....
