The Full Armor by Tammy Lang Jensen

The greatest leaders, the greatest generals fight alongside of their soldiers when necessary.

The Full Armor by Tammy Lang Jensen
So as I set my eyes on Jesus this morning, I found him in full armor. As he removed his helmet, I could see he was bloody from battle.

I said,”Lord what are you doing here on the front lines?” He said, I stepped down from the right hand of God to fight with the troops. The greatest leaders, the greatest generals fight alongside of their soldiers when necessary.

One of the greatest battles ever seen between good and evil is being waged right now. I am needed, and so is every priest, prophet, king and disciple. It is time to armor up and gird up with the truth, so you will not be shaken. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17). Be strong in the Lord and his mighty power. If you are an intercessor, pray like lives depend on it. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people (Ephesians 6:18). Purify your heart and mind, for the battle is great with no time for distractions. Take your stand against the devil‘s schemes. He is a liar and the father of lies.

He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. Can the darkness tell the Son how to shine; of course not. So why do you let your mind lead you on matters that belong to the spirit. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. Those with eyes to see and ears to hear pay attention; the hour is critical. The trumpet has blown, the Bell has tolled, the clock has ticked.

Do you hear the cascading sound of sand in the hourglass. More than the water in the sea and the stars in the sky is God’s love for you. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you (Psalm 63:3). Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age (Matthew 28:20). So we know that God’s love is better than life and he is with us forever. So as I pondered him being on the front lines in the middle of the battle with us, this is what I found. The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save.

He will rejoice over you with gladness, he will quiet you by his love, he will exult over you with loud singing (Zephaniah 3:17). So in the heat of the battle, remember God is with you. And not only that, but he sings over you. So I leave you with one final promise from the Lord, one of my favorites. For I, says Yahweh, I will be unto her a wall of fire round about, and I will be the glory in the midst of her (Zechariah 2:5).

I declare the hands of the enemy shall burn up by heaven’s fire, preventing him access to your life. So I cover every doorway to your destiny with the blood of Jesus. Follow the Lord‘s command, and hear a voice behind you saying,”This is the way, walk in it!”....
