Beloved, know that I Am by Deborah Waldron Fry
When you have no answers, Beloved, know that I AM. I am He who transcends all that the enemy would plot against you. I am He who was and is and is to come. I AM that I AM, the Almighty. I reside outside of time and space.

I am beyond all that the human mind can comprehend. Religion has put Me in a box, Dear One. But I am beyond human reasoning and understanding. Only by the Spirit, can you come to know all that I am for you. I am the Source of all things and the Sure Foundation on which you stand. I transcend all of man's wisdom and knowledge.

The devil is not all knowing, Beloved, but I AM. The devil is NOT all powerful, but I AM. The devil is the father of lies, but I AM Truth. So when he whispers his lies in your ears, tell him you belong to "I AM". For the eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are My everlasting arms. I AM your Abba Father. Call out My name, Beloved, when you are in distress. I AM the answer.

Exodus 3:14 God said to him, “I AM who I AM.”1 And He said, “Say this to the people..., ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ”

John 8:56 "Your father Abraham rejoiced that he would see My day. He saw it and was glad.” 57 So the Jews said to Jesus, “You are not yet fifty years old, and you have seen Abraham?” 58 Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.” 59 At this, they picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus hid himself, slipping away from the temple grounds”

The violent response of the Jews to Jesus’ “I AM” statement indicates they clearly understood what He was declaring—that He was the eternal God incarnate. Jesus was equating Himself with the "I AM" title God gave Himself in Exodus 3:14.

Revelation 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty."

Rev. 4:8: “The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”

Deuteronomy 3:26There is none like unto the God of Israel, who rides upon the heaven in your help, and in His excellency on the sky.27 The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms: and He shall thrust out the enemy from before thee; and shall say, Destroy them.
John 20:31 But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name.

Making The Decision to Win by Jerry Savelle
If the ax is dull, and one does not sharpen the edge, then he must use more strength; but wisdom brings success. (Ecclesiastes 10:10 NKJV)

The Spirit of God once said to me, “Son, if you are not willing to make a decision to win, then you are not going to win.”

Success begins with a decision.

The decision to succeed will produce an unwavering commitment to do what it takes to discover the spiritual laws relevant to your challenge (get wisdom), and to diligently apply these laws throughout your journey to complete victory.

Nothing just happens or changes on its own. Getting wisdom from the Word of God is the first step toward victory. Declaring the Word is what brings about change.

God wants you to be successful even more than you want to be successful, but if you don’t believe and act according to His Word, there is nothing He can do about it. However, when you do your part, God will always do His part.

Confession: Today I make the decision to win. I make an unwavering commitment to do what it takes to get the wisdom of God for my situation, and then to apply it and declare it until victory is achieved.

You Have A Role To Play by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success (Joshua 1:8).

In life, people may find themselves in certain circumstances they weren’t responsible for. Yes, others can create situations or circumstances—pleasant or unpleasant—for you, but ultimately, you have a role to play in determining the final outcome of your life.

The circumstances of your birth may not have been so palatable. You may have been born into a poor home; and you had nothing to do with that. That was another person’s responsibility. But don’t maintain the status quo, because someone else was responsible; change things! You may have been born poor, but you weren’t born to be poor.

If you were attending a particular school, and for some reason the school closed up, are you going to say, "Well, there’s no need for me to go to school anymore?" No, you’d go to another school, or read at home and enroll for your exams. So, always, there’s something you can do for yourself. God needs your action. He needs your response. No Christian is ever disadvantaged in life. You can be a success in life.

In our opening verse, God tells us how to become a success; it’s by meditating on the Word day and night. Practise this. As much as He wants you prosperous, healthy, happy, strong and vibrant, you have a vital role to play in making His dream for you come to reality. Irrespective of the circumstances or the things you’ve been through in life, the onus is on you to be triumphant.

As a child of God, you’re not helpless. You have the Holy Spirit, and He’s your unparalleled advantage. You can do anything, be as successful as you want to be, and be a great blessing to your world. Yes, you can! God is waiting for you to take the action. Take a hold of His Word, and let His glory, grace, and excellence, be expressed through you.

Prayer

Dear Father, your Word is in my heart and in my mouth, even the Word of faith, which I’ve believed. I stand firmly on your Word, and with it, I subdue circumstances! I reign victoriously in life, expressing your glory, excellence, righteousness, and grace, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Enjoy the Pursuit by Joyce Meyer
Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is he who considers the weak and the poor; the Lord will deliver him in the time of evil and trouble.
—Psalm 41:1

Do you ever feel that no matter where you go, somebody pursues you and hunts you down? Does someone seem to need something every time you start doing what you set out to do? Someone needs a ride to school, or somebody forgets their lunch, and before you know it, half your day is wasted.

Jesus knows what it is like to be pursued, but He was never upset by it. As soon as He ministered to everyone in one place, He went to the next town to find more people who needed Him. He never said, "Leave Me alone." Ask God to show you the needs of people through the eyes of Jesus today, and your days will never be wasted.

God Says ‘I Will’ In The New Covenant by Joseph Prince
Hebrews 8:10,12
…I will put My laws in their mind…I will be their God…I will be merciful to their unrighteousness…their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
You may be feeling stressed at work today because your boss just gave you a list of things to do. Maybe he told you, “You have to type this letter. You have to meet this client. You have to write this report. You have to…” Wouldn’t it be nice if your boss had, instead, said, “I will type this letter for you. I will meet this client for you. I will write this report for you. I will…”

Well, your boss may not be that gracious, but your Father in heaven is! When He found fault with the old covenant and established the new covenant (Hebrews 8:7–8) in His Son’s blood, His “Thou shalls” became “I wills”.

You see, under the old covenant, the focus is on you—Thou shall not…Thou shall not…Thou shall not…It is all about your performance, your obedience, your works. But under the new covenant, God says, “I will put My laws in their mind…I will be their God…I will be merciful to their unrighteousness…their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” It is no longer you working for God, but God working for you, in you, through you!

“Isn’t there something for me to do?” you may ask.

My friend, the only thing for you to do is to believe God’s “I wills”. The more you believe His “I wills” or promises, the more you will see His heart for you and the more your faith will grow.

It is foolish for me to just tell you, “Come on, man, have faith!” You will still find it hard to have faith because I am not giving you anything to build faith in you. But if I were to tell you all about what God says He will do for you, faith will arise in your heart. Faith is a response to knowing what God says He will do for you.

So the best thing you can “do” under the new covenant is to not focus on what you must do for God, but what God says He will do for you!

Thought For The Day
The more you know what God will do for you, the more faith will arise in your heart.

Three Reasons We Need to Walk Through Life with Others by Rick Warren
“And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him” (Colossians 2:6 NLT, second edition).

The Bible often compares life to a walk, because life is a journey; we’re not sitting still. Throughout the New Testament, we are told to walk in wisdom, love, light, and obedience. We’re told to walk as Jesus walked. We’re also told to walk alongside other people.

Here are three reasons we need to walk with other people:

It’s safer. Have you ever walked alone at night through a dark alley or down a lonely country road? It’s a little scary. But if you have another person with you, you feel safer.
It’s supportive. Life is not a 50-yard dash; it’s a marathon. Walking with other people gives you the energy to keep on going until the end.
It’s smarter. You learn more by walking with others than by walking alone. If you’re walking alone in the wrong direction, you may never realize it. But if you have a friend beside you, one of you is likely to recognize you’ve veered off the path and need to find the right direction.
We also learn some important lessons when we walk alongside other people. We learn how to get along and cooperate with others.

We also learn how to love. Genesis 2:18 tells us, “It is not good for the man to be alone” (NIV). God hates loneliness, and community is God’s answer to loneliness. When we walk alongside other people, we find a community where we learn how to love.

Walking alongside other people also teaches us hospitality. The Bible says in 1 Peter 4:9, “Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.” What’s your grumble? What’s your excuse for not opening your home to friends?

Maybe you’ve said, “My home is dirty!”

Well, clean it up!

Or perhaps your excuse is, “My home isn’t big enough.”

Can you put three people in it? Jesus says, “For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them” (Matthew 18:20).

Everybody has a longing for belonging, because God made us for relationships. When we walk alongside other Christians in community, we find that longing satisfied.

Talk It Over

How has your life been enriched by the people who have faithfully walked alongside you?
What excuses have you used to avoid practicing hospitality? What do you need to change about your attitude?
Who are the people in your life alongside whom you can walk? With whom can you learn to walk like Jesus?

How The Devil Hates this Day by Deborah Waldron Fry
Happy Resurrection Day everyone! How the devil hates this day. A reminder every year that what he thought was his greatest victory resulted in his greatest defeat. The Divine reversal of the ages! Don't you love it! Jesus rose from the dead and now you are the benefactor of this great heavenly reversal, Child of God.

Jesus is the hidden wisdom revealed! I declare to you that what the devil has meant to be your biggest defeat shall now become your greatest victory! And all the Glory will go to God. Thank you Jesus! Rejoice, Beloved! Your God is the God of the turn around!

1 Corinthians 2:6Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

Colossians 2:3And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcised of your flesh, hath God quickened together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His cross; 15And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Revelation 1:12 And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks; 13And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle. 14His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and His eyes were as a flame of fire; 15And His feet like unto fine brass, as if they burned in a furnace; and His voice as the sound of many waters. 16And He had in His right hand seven stars: and out of His mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and His countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.
17And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. And H e laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: 18I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Open Heavens: Your Key to Freedom by Pastor E.A Adeboye
Memorise: And Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32

Read: John 3:16-18, 15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

Bible in year:
Judges 20-21,
Proverbs 1:20-33

The Old Testament law was not sufficient to make people flawless before God. So since no man could be adequately justified by the provision of the law, Jesus had to intervene through His blood to set man free from the law of sin and death. This is why as true disciples; obedience to the truth of God is the only way to liberty. The truth of God’s Word sets one free without any form of condemnation. No legal system or religious doctrine can ever bring true and complete freedom to people. Freedom comes only through the truth and grace in God’s Word.

Freedom comes to those who are able to see the truth in God’s Word. You can’t come into the revelation of God’s Word and remain the same. The moment you have access to the Truth, bondage is automatically a stranger to your life. There are many people going to Church, but are still in bondage because they have not got access to the Truth. Lack of access to the Truth puts you in the same level with those who do not know God.

When things were no longer going on well for the prodigal son after wasting all the opportunities he had been given, the scriptures says “….he came to himself” (Luke 15:17). He had to come to knowledge of the Truth by saying “enough is enough; I should not continue to be foolish by allowing rebellion to destroy my life further”. He realised that it is foolishness to continue in self-government. Have things been so bad that you have been moving in a circle? Maybe you need to take a break and ask “why am I going through this?” don’t be deceived into believing that God is the cause of your predicament. I have noticed this insincerity on the part of many believers.

The prodigal son was sincere. He sat himself down and reasoned. He compared where he was when he had a relationship with his father to where he was when he had a relationship with his father to where he had reached after he attained a pre-mature independence. Even servants in his father’s house were living like kings. I sometimes wonder when people who come to our programmes for the first time, return with multiple blessings from the Almighty God and some of those who are regular attendees have no testimonies.

“I have seen servants upon horses, and princes walking as servants upon the earth.”
Ecclesiastes 10:7

It is important to tell yourself the truth and refuse to believe the lies of the enemy. It is time to put an end to a life of falsehood. You cannot serve God in spirit and in truth and still live in stagnation. Do not believe the lies of the devils that says without cheating you cannot be successful. Don’t believe that without engaging in fraud, you cannot be wealthy. Don’t believe that without pulling down others you cannot rise. Don’t believe that without sleeping around you cannot win the contract. Don’t believe that without examination malpractices you cannot gain admission. You need to ask for the grace to be true to yourself. It is the truth you know that will set you free. Jesus is the Truth. Do you know Jesus or you only claim to know Him?

Prayer Point
Father, deliver me from the spirit of insincerity

Stay above Strife by Joel Osteen
"Starting a quarrel is like breaching a dam; so drop the matter before a dispute breaks out."
Proverbs 17:14, NIV

TODAY'S WORD:
Too often, people fall into the trap of strife. Someone may say something that rubs you the wrong way, and before you know it, there is tension, quarreling and division. The Bible tells us that strife opens the door to every evil work. It's the enemy's greatest trap to keep people from living in victory. But you don't have to fall into the trap of strife, you can rise above it. Like today's verse says, you can simply drop the matter before it turns into something bigger than it needs to be. You don't have to sink down to somebody's level and argue with them and try to prove that you're right. You weren't put on this earth to correct everybody around you.

If you are going to be all that God's called you to be, you have to learn to stay above strife. Instead of letting disagreements pull your relationships apart, look for common ground to draw you closer together. Look for peace. Look for ways to be a blessing. Stay above strife so you can enjoy your relationships and experience the blessing He has for you!
PRAYER FOR TODAY:
"Father, I choose to stay above strife. I choose to honor You by seeking peace in my relationships. Empower me to walk in love and be a blessing everywhere I go in Jesus' name. Amen."
