Since we wrestle not against flesh and blood, we need to be active in the spirit and put on the whole Armour of God as could be seen in the reference biblical passage of the book of {Ephesians 6: 12-17} read thus: "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armour of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand....Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness...And having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace.....Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God."....We need to be alive in the spirit by engaging the fruit of the spirit to discern, detect and discover the types of spirits operating around us as could be seen in the book of ( Acts 16 : 16) thus: "Now it happened, as we went to pray, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination met us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling."
Our inability to discern these spirits exposes us to dangers because, with some so called friends, and confidants, you don't need anybody else as your enemies, as some so called friends and confidants may be the great cog in the wheel of your progress unknowingly. To be contd.
