You say you trust Me, but every time trouble comes you start trying to solve it in your own strength. Humanly speaking this is impossible, but with God all things are possible (Mark 10:27). You will have to die to self to be a spiritual giant, the mightiest of warriors, the faithful and true. The training has been hard, but I am making ready my soldiers for battle. The enemy will not fight fair, but he is only smoke and mirrors.
The father of all lies, deception and fear (John 8:44). When fear knocks, let Faith answer the door. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). Test me and see if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there shall not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Therefore I run in such a way as not without aim; I box in such a way as not beating the air (1 Corinthians 9:26). I am not just shadow boxing. I run this race with purpose; focused on the intended end.
I know the beginning from the end, I know the first from the last. Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to slip or fall (Psalm 55:22). For God did not give us a spirit of timidity. But of power and of love and a calm and well balanced mind and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). I will never leave you without support, I will never leave you homeless. I placed the orphans in families, how much more will I do for those who love Me. Seek refuge under my wings, until the storm has passed (Psalm 91:4). As You go about your day, just keep reminding yourself. THIS TOO SHALL PASS....
