Recompense and Restoration by Tammy Lang Jensen

This is a month of great recompense and restoration. That which the enemy stole, is coming back in double and triple portions. Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours (Isaiah 61:7).

Sow and reap, plant vineyards and eat fruit. When in the harvest of the third year the people ate in abundance, they would know assuredly that God had been in the entire crisis (Isaiah 37:30). Get in place for your blessing, don't be in the city, when ravens are taking supplies to the river (1 Kings 17:4). Follow God's instructions, do the last thing he asked.

Be quick to listen, and slow to speak. Slow to anger, and quick to forgive (James 1:19). Is there something holding you back? Unforgiveness in your heart, a negative attitude towards others. This is the season to clean that stuff up. What worked in one season, will not work in the next (proverbs 29:4).

Will you recognize your miracle if God sends it in a new way. Are you telling God how to bless you, are you tying his hands to surprise you. Moses was kept from the promised land for trying to get water the same way twice. God commanded, tell the rock before their eyes to yield it's water (Numbers 20:8). However, Moses struck the rock like in the past.

God still gave his people water, but Moses lost his promise. Don't be like Moses, keep your eyes and ears tuned (proverbs 20:12). Be ready and willing if God changes the plan....
