I hold the whole world within my hands. I keep the oceans within their banks.
When there is an abundance or overflow, I send it. When there is a lack, I allowed it. You are on the training ground of life, some lessons can only be learned on the stony path.
Saints are equipped, none arrive unopposed. For thus saith the Lord to the man of Judah and to Jerusalem, break up your fallow ground, and do not sow among thorns (Jeremiah 4:3). Where are you sowing your time, money, and resources; is it fertile ground?
Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine or they will trample them under their feet and turn and tear you to pieces (Matthew 7:6). When things are done out-of-order or out-of-place, they become useless. We serve a right time, right place kind of God. The Lord directs the steps of the godly.
He delights in every detail of their lives (Psalm 37:23). For there is a time and a way for everything, although man’s trouble lies heavy on him (Ecclesiastes 8:6). Though your burdens seem like many, and your troubles scream at you. Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken (Psalm 55:22). Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you (1 Peter 5:7).
If you are in over your head and have a mountain of debt. God says he will keep our heads above water and level mountains before us. If you are suffering from a broken heart, God’s Word says, he will heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. If you are feeling lost and confused. God’s Word says, my word is a lamp to your feet, and a light to your path.
No matter what the problem is, God had a solution before the problem ever arrived. God is talking, are you listening? I hear the Lord say, “WILL YOU TRUST ME TODAY!”....
