The Word of God is Alive and Active by Tammy Lang Jensen
The time is come when many will come claiming to be from me. My people who are called according to my purpose need to be in the word daily.

To make sure they understand my character and nature. Study to show thyself approved unto God, I workmen that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

For the word of God is alive and active, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). In the beginning was the word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1:1).

These are three verses that give you confirmation of why reading the word daily is so important. The more word you put in, the more God can pull out in times of trouble. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock (Matthew 7:25). On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand.

Be level, determined and steadfast. Make sure you have built on a firm foundation. The mountains quake before him and the hills melt away. The earth trembles at his presence, the world and all who live in it (Nahum 1:5). Our God is mighty to save, to extend his hand for your salvation. Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3).

God will uphold you, and tuck you safely under his wing. Cry out to him today, won’t you be my savior? Rescue me from those that seek to do me harm. Bring me back into the cleft of the rock, and save me for your purpose. For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him and for him: (Colossians 1:16).

I am the God of the seen and the unseen. You must trust me with your heart. All else will be revealed when it is time. Until Then: Keep your faith strong, your hope alive, and your prayers never ending....
