Prayer is not a command by which to send God out to run your errands. Prayer is getting you prepared to do God’s will. Once you are living within the will of God, you will be surprised at the amazing things that start happening.
Prayer releases supernatural power into your life. Don’t just think about the things you would like to improve, pray about them. Pray until you put things into action. There is nothing more exciting than watching as God’s plan for your life unfolds. It is something beyond spectacular and a great reward for those who faithfully seek Him.
God is just waiting to hear from you, so call on His name and give Him the broken pieces of your life. Prayer can shatter the shackles of misery that are binding you, keeping you from enjoying the abundant life that is the inheritance of every Believer. This means that you can have the peace of God which surpasses all understanding regardless of what is taking place around you.
Prayer can break controlling habits that are destroying your life; it can renew your hopes and dreams. It can give you a song in the night when everything around you makes no sense at all. Pray without ceasing, and your life will be completely transformed from the inside out.
