25/8 Means More Than Is Humanly Possible by Deborah Waldron Fry
I was writing a message to a sister here on Facebook, had to leave for a couple minutes, and when I came back, the message was blank except for this : "25/8". I had been typing letters, not numbers. I knew our Father was up to something. The dictionary says that 25/8 means "MORE THAN IS HUMANLY POSSIBLE, above and beyond natural time (24/7)."

This verse also came up: Isaiah 25:8 "He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of His people shall He take away from off all the earth: for the Lord has spoken it." There is also a song entitled 25/8 about exceptional love. How amazing is our God and how He LOVES to speak with us in so many different ways. \o/ <3 :="" p="">..................
"Beloved. When everything that is humanly possible has been done, that is when I step in. I work OVER time for you, Dear One. I am ABOVE and BEYOND all the dimensions of this physical world. I am not bound by time or space. I am not bound by natural laws. When there are no answers, I AM the answer. Call upon Me, Beloved. The knowledge of man is foolishness compared to My wisdom, My Child. I am the eternal God, the Creator. I create out of nothing. I speak and things come into being.

Be anxious for NOTHING, My Child, but trust in Me alone. Only believe. I am the God of the impossible. I have swallowed up death in victory. It is finished. I am OVER all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named. Call upon Me and I WILL answer you and show you great and mighty things that you know not. My love for you has no ending and it had no beginning. My Love never fails. I shall wipe away every tear from your eyes, My Love. Through you, My manifold wisdom shall be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm. The enemy shall be utterly confounded. I shall do WONDROUS things for you, Beloved, for I alone am your God.
............................................
..Psalm 77:14 You are the God that does wonders: You have declared Your strength among the people.

..Psalm 86:10 For You are great and do wondrous deeds; You alone are God.
..1 Corinthians 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God
..Matthew 28:18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me."

..Colossians 2:15 And having disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

..Colossians 2:9For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity dwells in bodily form. 10And you have been made complete in Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

..Ephesians 3:10 His purpose was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms.

Ephesians 1:20 which He exerted in Christ Jesus when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, 21 FAR ABOVE all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the one to come. 22And God put everything under His feet and made Him head over everything for the church.

Open Heavens: His Almightiness! by Pastor E.A Adeboye
Memorise:
Thou art the God that doest wonders: Thou hast declared thy strength among the people. Psalms 77:14

Read: Psalms 107:1-9, (KJV)
1 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.

2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;

3 And gathered them out of the lands, from the east, and from the west, from the north, and from the south.

4 They wandered in the wilderness in a solitary way; they found no city to dwell in.

5 Hungry and thirsty, their soul fainted in them.

6 Then they cried unto the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses.

7 And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.

8 Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men!

9 For he satisfieth the longing soul, and filleth the hungry soul with goodness.

Bible in one year:
Jeremiah 13-15,
Psalms 47

Message:
The Bible presents the name of God as the cumulative self-disclosure of God to His people. Therefore, the name of God and the person of God are inseparably related. As a matter of fact, wherever the Scripture mentions God by any of His names, it is an attempt to invoke God in His fullness. When we call on the name of God, God is worshiped and adored (Genesis 21:33), when a people forget the name of God, they lose His presence (Jeremiah 23:27), and when we take the name of God in vain, God personally profaned and offended (Exodus 20:7). Open Heavens 2 September 2016:- His Almightiness!

‘The Almighty’ is one of the popular names ascribed to God to showcase His divine strength. The strength of God is made known in creation, providence, redemption, and the empowering to believers to do exploit in this world. Psalms 19:1 says: 2 September 2016 open heavens

“The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handy work.”

The Bible reveals that the almightiness of God could be clearly seen in nature and understood through the complex design of the things that were created. It is a wonder to observe the world with its archaeology, geography, animals and human inhabitants. It is more breath-taking to consider the design and operations of the universe as a well ordered whole, where celestial bodies of humongous sizes and weights are revolving around their stars at a frightening and accuracy. One cannot help but imagine the awesomeness of the Almighty designer and creator of the universe.

All power in Heaven and on earth belongs to God, and He is unquestionable. His almightiness in providence gives Him the prerogative to do as He pleases. Psalms 135:6 says;
“Whatsoever the Lord pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places.”
The book of Daniel 4:35 went on to proclaim that,

“And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?”

God is Almighty in redemption according to Exodus 6:6 and Ephesians 1:19 which both talk about the exceeding greatness of His power that delivered Israel from slavery in Egypt and raised Jesus Christ from the dead. His Almightiness is further revealed in Revelations 6:15:

“And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains.”

Everything in creation is subject to His Almighty power and He has made these available to all that will accept Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Are you faced with challenges beyond your ability? Ask for the divine support of the Almighty.

Prayer Point
Father, please let your awesome power begin to work in my favour today in Jesus’ name.

The Unconditional Love of God by Dr. Charles Stanley
1 John 4:7-10

One of the biggest struggles many people face is a feeling that the Lord couldn’t possibly love them. Yet, today’s reading clearly tells us He does. Far from just saying so with words, God has also given us ample proof. Creation itself is an expression of the awesome way He cares for us. He designed this earth as the perfect habitation for humanity and provides us with the necessities of life. But the highest expression of His love is manifested in His provision for our eternal needs. He sent His Son to redeem us from sin so that we could be forgiven and reconciled to God—and then live with Him in heaven forever.

Why, then, with all this evidence, do so many of us still doubt His love? Perhaps the reason is that we are looking at it from our own limited perspective: Since human beings cannot love others unconditionally, we doubt that the Lord can. After all, worldly logic considers it reasonable to be loving towards people who measure up to our standards but to hold ourselves aloof from those who don’t.

Or maybe we just feel unworthy of His love. Well, I have news for you: No one is worthy. God’s love is based not on whether we are deserving but on His character—we need to understand that love isn’t simply something God does; it’s who He is (1 John 4:8).

Divine love is a demonstration of God’s commitment to our greatest good. It’s like the ocean’s tide. You can stand on the shore and say, “I don’t believe in waves,” but that doesn’t stop them from coming. Likewise, nothing you do or feel will stop the Father’s love from washing over you.

Bible in One Year: Ezekiel 17-19

Go for Revelation Knowledge by Kenneth Copeland
Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.

2 Peter 1:2

If you were to look up the Greek word that’s translated “knowledge” in that scripture, you’d find out that it means more than just a mental understanding of something, more than the kind of knowledge that can be gained through your senses. It means exact knowledge. Knowledge that’s been revealed directly to your heart by the Spirit of God. I call it revelation knowledge.

The lack of that kind of knowledge has caused more faith failures than anything else I know. That’s because most Christians believe the Word with their minds, but they haven’t meditated on it enough for it to “light up” in their hearts. If they had, that Word would absolutely revolutionize their lives. Nothing in heaven or earth would be able to shake them loose from it.

I know a widow who got hold of that kind of revelation one afternoon. She’d been meditating in the scriptures that say if you’re a widow, God Almighty has taken His place as your provider and leader of your household.

She’d been feeling a little sorry for herself up until then. But when she received the revelation that God was actually head of her household now, she started talking to Him like she would a husband.

“I’m telling You, Lord, the plumbing in this house is pitiful. Will You please get it fixed?” she said. From that moment on, she never had any more trouble with her plumbing.

If you need something from God, determine right now that you’re going to do what that widow did. Determine that you’re going to meditate the Word until you get a revelation like that. Keep that Word before you until you receive a revelation of Jesus as your healer or your deliverer or your financier—whatever you need Him to be. Don’t settle for a shallow mental understanding of Him. Get a deep revelation and His grace will be multiplied to you!

Scripture Reading:
Psalm 1

Choose Faith over Fear by Rick Warren
“By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible” (Hebrews 11:27 NIV).

The first resolution: Choose to be who God wants you to be. The second resolution: Choose short-term pain for long-term gain. The third resolution: Choose God’s values, not the world’s.

And the fourth resolution Moses made: He chose to live by faith rather than by fear. You’re going to have to make the same choice, too: You’re either going to live by faith or you’re going to live by fear.

The Bible says in Hebrews 11:27, “By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible” (NIV).

Moses went to the most powerful man in the world and said, “You know those slaves that are building all your pyramids? I’m taking them, and we’re all leaving. You’re not going to have slave labor anymore. Let my people go.”

Moses had every reason to be afraid. He was going up against the most powerful man on the planet at that point. Pharaoh in those days was considered a god, and whatever Pharaoh said you had to do. What he said was the law. And here comes Moses who says, “We aren’t going to do what you say anymore. I’m not afraid of you because I report to a higher authority.” It took some guts to do that!

Do you want the same kind of faith in your life so that you can overcome your fear? The closer you get to God, the more you’re going to be filled with faith. The further away you get from God, the more you’re going to be filled with fear.

I cannot over-emphasize the importance of faith for the rest of your life. The Bible says that whatever is not of faith is sin. How many times did you sin this week? A lot. So did I. Because anything I did that wasn’t done in faith that I did in doubt was a sin. The Bible also says that without faith it is impossible to please God. How many times did you please God this week?

Do you want something to change in your life? Stop complaining and start believing. God is not moved by complaints. God is moved by faith: “According to your faith let it be done to you” (Matthew 9:29). You get to choose what he does in your life.

Here’s the key: What matters is not the size of your faith but the size of the God you put it in. A little faith in a big God gets big results!

Talk It Over

What do you need to do to get closer to God so that you can be filled with faith?
How has fear kept you from achieving God’s best for you?
What is the outward evidence that someone is a faith-filled person?

Thanking God by Pastor Mark Jensen
Every morning when you open your eyes; when you take a deep breath and the air fills your lungs; you need to be sure and thank our Father in Heaven for a new day.

We need to insure that we thank God each and every day of our lives. In the morning when we wake up, "Father, thank your for this day." Driving to work, "Father, thank you for keeping me safe and delivering me to where I need to be." Your family, "Father, thank you for blessing me with my family."

Let us not take for granted what we have, for all we need comes from God.
