Delivered from All by Joel Osteen
Today’s Scripture
“‘Don’t be afraid,’ the prophet answered. ‘Those who are with us are more than those who are with them.’” (2 Kings 6:16, NIV)

Everyone has times when they feel overwhelmed or “outnumbered” by the things that are coming against them. You may have heard the saying, “When it rains, it pours.” For example, just about the time the air conditioner needs repair in your house, the transmission goes out in your car. It seems like one thing happens after another. It may feel as if all of the forces of darkness are coming against you. But the scripture promises that with God on your side, you have all the resources you need to have complete victory. You are never outnumbered because the Greater One lives in you!

The next time you’re feeling anxious, fearful or worried about anything, remember, He’s on your side. If God is for you, who can be against you? He promises to guide and protect you and lead you into victory in every area of your life!

A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your faithfulness to me. Thank You for Your peace even in the midst of the storms of life. I know that You are with me, and I can stand strong because You will lead me into victory all the days of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Faith and Fear Cannot Walk Together by Deborah Waldron Fry
Do not allow fear to become your companion, Beloved. Fear has torment. Fear is a spirit and it is your enemy. Faith and fear cannot walk together, Dear One. Fear will attempt to steal your faith. Cut off this connection, My Child.

I will help you. I have not given you a spirit of fear, but of POWER, love and a sound mind. Refuse to think fearful thoughts. Cast them down in My name. You are no longer slaves again to fear but you are a Child of God. Perfect Love casts out fear. I am Perfect Love and I am with you always.

You are a Child of the Day and not of the night. The demons fear YOU, My Child. They fear the LION in you. So be bold and speak My name. Fear NOT, for I have redeemed you, I have called you by name, you are Mine.

I have rescued you from the domain of darkness and translated you into My Kingdom of Light. Kick fear out of your life for good, Beloved. Do not fear, for I AM with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. ..........................................................................................................................................................
Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Isaiah 43:1 Fear NOT: for I have redeemed you, I have called you by your name; you are Mine.
Proverbs 28:1 The wicked flee though no one pursues, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.

Colossians 1:12 Giving thanks unto the Father, who has made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in Light 13 Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment.
Romans 8:15 For you have not received a spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the Spirit of divine adoption as sons and daughters, by Whom we cry, "Abba! Father!"
Isaiah 41:10

They intentionally and wickedly orchestrate pains on the victims but as you listen to this teachings, you will not only destroy the works of your enemies but the God of host will scatter their camps with the fire of Holy Ghost.

Be blessed as you listen and share with friends and families

Open Heavens: Making Your Marriage Work Part 2 by Pastor E.A Adeboye
Memorise:
And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh. Matthew 19:5

Read: Ephesians 5:21-25, 21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord.
23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

Bible in one year:
Matthew 9:27-12:8,
Job 12:1-12

Message:
A marriage that has God in it is the best thing that can happen to any child of God. The Bible says:
“Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the Lord.”
Proverbs 18:22

This scripture unequivocally dismisses the wrong notion of marriage being a burden. For your marriage to work, our memory verse for today reveals the first obligation on the part of the man (the husband) towards his wife: you must strictly adhere to this twin-command – leaving your parents and cleaving to your wife. Some men never leave their parents, particularly their mother. They are “mummy’s boys” and after marriage they still ‘eat from their mother’s pot’ on regular basis. This habit destroys a marriage relationship fast.

Unconditional love is another obligation a husband must perform towards his wife. This kind of love will make the man give his entire being to his wife without expecting anything in return. The Bible says:
“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the Church, and gave himself for it”
Ephesians 5:25
Some men, unfortunately, do not know what it means to be married. Marriage could be regarded as giving of one’s self to one’s spouse. Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, gave the real picture of marital obligation when he wrote:

“But I would have you without carefulness. He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, now he may please his wife”
1st Corinthians 7:32-33

The truth in the above passage is that a man is under obligation to cater for his wife and to have an unreserved commitment to the joy and well-being of his wife. Some so-called Christians are so careless about their marriage that they neglect the divine mandate of caring for the family. As a result, the wife becomes disillusioned about the faith and the children vow never to follow their father to worship God. At the end of the day, the failure of the family eventually affects their Christian walk and ministry. Love must be experimental and substantial, men must show their love practically, and their spouses will not be in doubt as to whether or not they are loved.

Prayer point
Father, please give me the ability to love my spouse unconditionally.

Overcoming Insecurity by Dr. Charles Stanley
Romans 8:33-39
No quick solution exists for overcoming insecurity. First, we have to acknowledge we feel insecure. Then, we should try to identify what generates those feelings. Finally, we must decide to overcome that state of mind. Drifting into security is impossible; we must work toward it.

Having a sense of security involves more than just building self-esteem. Jesus Christ is our genuine source of strength and confidence. If we attempt to overcome our insecurity without Him, we’ll simply be masking it with our own efforts.

The way we see ourselves isn’t necessarily the way we truly are. Instead, we have to ask how the Lord sees us. To shift our focus from ourselves and our mistakes, we must get into God’s Word. Therefore, to overcome insecurity, we must first deal with any doubts we may have about the Bible. Scripture is so powerful that when we read what God says about us, our thinking starts to change, and we can step out of insecurity’s destructive mindset.

To continue the process, focus on the positive qualities in your life. Take a blank sheet of paper, and ask the Lord to guide you in an honest assessment of your advantageous traits. You’ll be surprised at what God shows you about yourself. But it’s important not to look at others’ talents to see how you measure up. No one’s like you, so it’s pointless to make comparisons. Our mission is to follow Jesus in the way He calls us individually. Consequently, we can look to Him as our source of security.

By Jesus’ Stripes You Are Healed by Joseph Prince
Isaiah 53:5
…The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.
You know, one of the biggest outcries against Mel Gibson’s movie, The Passion Of The Christ, was that it was too violent, especially the part where Jesus was scourged.

Let me tell you this: It was not violent enough! The Bible says that at the cross, Jesus’ visage was marred beyond that of any man. (Isaiah 52:14) In the movie, even after all the beatings, the actor James Caviezel, who played Jesus, still looked quite handsome.

But the reality is that when Jesus hung on the cross, He had “no form or comeliness…there is no beauty that we should desire Him”. (Isaiah 53:2) He was beaten to a pulp until His face looked like jelly hanging out!

In the movie, when they scourged Him, only a small portion of His bones was exposed, so it was still quite tidy. But the messianic psalms say, “The plowers plowed on my back; they made their furrows long” (Psalm 129:3), and “I can count all My bones. They look and stare at Me”. (Psalm 22:17) All His bones were exposed!

My friend, He was thinking of you when the soldiers tied Him to the scourging post. As they raised their whips, He said, “Let it all come on Me!”

But what came on Him was not just the whip stripping the flesh off His bare back, but your sicknesses and diseases. Each time He was whipped, every form of sickness and disease, including arthritis, cancer, diabetes, bird flu and dengue fever, came upon Him. “The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.”

Today, healing is your right because Jesus has paid the price for your healing. So if the devil says, “You cannot be healed,” just declare, “Jesus has paid for my healing. Disease has no right to be in my body. I am healed in Jesus’ name!”

Every curse of sickness that was supposed to fall on you fell on Jesus instead. He bore every one of those stripes, so that you can walk in divine health all the days of your life. The price has been paid so that you can rise up and get out of your bed of affliction!

Thought For The Day
Healing is your right because Jesus has paid the price for your healing.

Retire from Self-Care by Joyce Meyer
. . . Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ [give yourself up to Him, take yourself out of your own keeping and entrust yourself into His keeping] and you will be saved.
—Acts 16:31

God wants to take care of you, and He can do a much better job of it if you will avoid a problem called independence, which is really self-care.

The desire to take care of yourself is based on fear. You are afraid of what might happen if you entrust yourself totally to God and He doesn't come through for you. The root problem of independence is, you trust yourself more than you trust God.

People love to have a backup plan. You may ask God to get involved in your life, but if He doesn't respond as quickly as you'd like, you take control back into your own hands.

But God has a plan for you—and His plan is much better than yours. So give yourself to Him and see what happens.
