Understanding of this sermon ‘Achieving Uncommon Result’, think of Moses as he faced the Red Sea with over 2 million Israelites. Their enemies were hot in pursuit from behind. They were hedged in hopelessly between two mountains, completely trapped, and at the mercy of the Egyptians.
Now, imagine that you were Moses, and that you called a meeting of the other leaders to figure out how to deal with the situation. What kinds of suggestions and solutions do you think you and your leaders would have brought forward? I can imagine thoughts like building rafters, negotiating with Pharaoh and his army, or even every man for himself. But I doubt that any among the leadership would have suggested that Moses stretch out a stick over the sea to part it into two!
