God is all-sufficient and Unquestionable. He can turn someone's situation around for better and the person will still be grasping with the unbelievable miracle.
Bible tells us in Habakkuk 1.5, "Look . . .and watch- and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told." In short, God is saying "Expect a miracle."
