Just as we have seen a season of great Grace. I hear the Lord calling his people to repentance. I awakened every morning to hear the caller on the corner;
“Repent now, for the time is near!” But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father (Mark 13:32).
But it shall come, as surely as the setting of the sun. The dawning of a new day can bring with a many cares and concerns. There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her (Luke 10:42). What are you investing your time, energy and money in. Does it have a hundredfold return?
Make sure you are planting with the Lord. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop— 100, 60 or 30 times what was sown (Matthew 13:8). For thus saith the Lord to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns (Jeremiah 4:3). I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26).
Break my heart for what breaks yours Lord. Direct my feet from sin (Psalm 119:133), remove my heart from hast. A man’s discretion make him slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook a transgression (proverbs 19:11). Bring us to our fullness in you Lord; give us a repetitive and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17).
My joy is found in you O Lord, mark my steps as sure. He makes me a surefooted as a deer, enabling me to stand on Mountain Heights (Psalm 18:33). The time has come, he said,”The Kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”(Mark 1:15)....
