The Miracle by Tammy Lang Jensen
The miracle I am getting ready to perform will be like stepping from a black-and-white photo, into one filled with color and wonder. Transitioning from long gray winter days, to days of warmth, sunshine and an abundance of rain.

Removing the cloak of heaviness, for a garment of praise. And provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of morning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor (Isaiah 61:3).

Daughter of Zion, come forth from your grave clothes. The purple remnant is calling you out, to dance upon the waters with me. How delicate is your nudging, how kind is your hand. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered (Psalm 139:17). How vast are your plans, how grand is your faithfulness. To my dying breath, you will uphold me with your righteous right hand. From the cradle to the grave I am yours, you have called me by name. Do not neglect the spiritual gift you received through the prophecy spoken over you when the elders of the church laid their hands on you (1 Timothy 4:14).

Are you walking in your gifting, are you living and breathing the existent of your destiny. Say this with me, “I will walk in the fullness of my purpose and destiny! I will not shrink back in fear.” For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). Walk in the spirit of obedience, accept God’s correction and discipline. It is for the chastisement of your good.

If God doesn’t discipline you as he does all his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not really his children at all (Hebrews 12:8). But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Your healing and your peace come at a very high price. Your blood bought and Christ redeemed. Don’t lose sight of that this Christmas season.....Thank you Jesus, and Merry Christmas....
