Names of Satan that reflect his character:

1. Satan is exposed as a murderer! (John 8:44).  Jesus Christ gives life more abundantly and life everlasting.  Satan only offers death.  Jesus said, “He was a murderer from the beginning.”

The gruesome murders now occurring in America are testimonials of satanic power to destroy.  The monsters invading schoolyards with assault rifles and murdering innocent school children in cold blood and the murdered babies via abortion in America’s silent holocaust are abundant evidence of Satan’s power as a murderer on the earth.

2. Satan is a Liar (John 8:44).  Satan is labeled as “the father of lies.”  Satan promotes outright lies and some truth for the sake of his lie to deceive the world.  “All liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second Death.” (Revelation 21:8)

Satan’s kingdom is administered by fallen angels and demon spirits.

Satan rules a vast army of fallen angels, which were one-third of the original angelic host created by God (Revelation 12:4).  These spiritbeings are labeled by St. Paul as “powers and principalities” in Ephesians 6:12 which rule in the heavenlies.  They are also called “the strong man” in Matthew 12:29.

These strong men or spiritbeings represent “spiritual wickedness in high places.”  They manifest their evil personality over the geographic territory they rule on Earth.  For that reason, cities on Earth, and in America, have distinct personalities reflecting the evil personality of the prince of demons that rules over that area.
