Why Parents Need To Be Role Models To Their Children
Parents have the ability to influence the decisions that a child makes both short term and long term.

The things parents do and the way they act have a way of affecting the mental health and emotional balance of a child.

If a child lives in a home where the parents always have uncontrollable fights, that child might grow hating marriage or replicate that when married, thinking that is the appropriate way to live.

If parents want to see their children live morally, they must be able to model the characters they desire to see in them. So, if a mother wants her child to be kind-hearted and charitable, she needs to live the charitable life by giving to neighbours and people in need.

Also, if a father wants his daughter to be courteous, he must be able to show this character by the way he talks to his wife, handle responsibilities and treat his friends.

When parents are able to live by moral standards, they have core values subconsciously replicated and deeply rooted in the lives of their children. Essentially, what is desired to be seen in a child must first be seen in the parent.
