I saw the Father this morning upon his throne. There was so much brilliant light I could barely look upon him.
But then I saw a hand being extend it towards me. It held in it a beautiful bright light that I could discern was a little different from the light of the Father.
The Lord told me, “This is the light of Power, Authority and Truth that I placed within each one of my children at the time of conception.” What you do with the light is up to you. When Jesus spoke again to the people he said, I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life (John 8:12).
The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5). Don’t let the world or people extinguish your light. Hold fast to your confession of faith, be a light for the whole world to see. You may be the only beacon of hope some ever come into contact with. Nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on my lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house (Matthew 5:15).
As children of God we are called to be a light in a dark world. You will be persecuted for my name sake, but follow me anyway. Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the Saints and seek to show hospitality; bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them (Romans 12:9-14).
Fan the flames of the light the Lord placed within you. Be a candlestick, that never goes out. Full of purpose, patience and persistence. An inextinguishable an eternal flame. Burn white hot, so all the chaff will be consumed. Be ye holy, therefore just as I am holy....
