I am a good, good Father, it's who I am. Turn your face unto the east, where does your help come from. Your help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth (psalm 121:2). Nations will crumble, and the stars may fade, but My name will endure forever (Isaiah 40:8). I am the King of Kings, the Lord of host (Isaiah 44:6), and your name is written upon my heart forever. I am not a man that I might lie (numbers 23:19).
The maker of heaven and earth is concerned for you. He longs to be your friend, to have lingering conversations with you. When he says your name, it makes Him smile. What joy it would be, to be a laugh line on God's face. What freedom there is in a love that never fades. God is singing his love song over you today (Zephaniah 3:17).
It is in the whisper of the wind, the song of a bird, the gentle brush of a butterfly wing. The kiss of a raindrop on your cheek, the shade of a tree on a hot sunny day. Do you hear your maker calling, do you feel His heart for you. Strip off your burial clothes (John 11:14), Time to rise from the ashes mighty Phoenix. Come soar on wings of Eagles with Me (Isaiah 40:31)....
