The Lord said, “Many of my children continue to hang onto the past; hurts, fears, anxieties, deep wounds and wrong thoughts.”
I hear the Lord say, that stuff is starting to stink and it is time to take out the trash and clean up your heart and mind.
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteh itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision (Joel 3:14).
God is calling you to Mountain Heights, to experience the freedom found in Jesus. But the fullness of heaven will not be found in the past. If you always look behind you, or you not in danger of falling off a cliff. God wants to take you the sure way, to plant your feet on a firm foundation. Have you forgotten the Rock who can hide you (Isaiah 17:10).
Grief and sorrow were for a season, they should not become your permanent address. I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living (Psalm 27:13). The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance (Psalm 16:6). Come my children, pick up your crowns and step into your inheritance as kings and queens of the most high God.
Why are you living below your birthright? Come out of the trash heap of the past, and step into the palace of your future. Led in with joy and gladness, they enter the Palace of the King (Psalm 45:15)....
