We are coming into a season of abundance (Matthew 13:12), but after that will be a great time of checks and balances (Romans 13:1-7). Accountability for what you did with the blessings, gifts and talents. Therefore stay alert, because you do not know the day or the hour. He summoned them, to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey.
The first two invested well with good return. Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful in a few things, now I put you in charge of many. However, the servant with the one talent had excuses and was afraid and buried his talent. But his master answered, evil and lazy servant. So he took his talent and gave it to the one with the 10 talents. For the one who has will be given more, and he will have more than enough. But the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken from him (Matthew 25:13-30).
God entrust us all with what he thinks we can handle. And like any good father, checks on our progress. Don't remain idle, afraid to use what you have been given. Go out, invest in others, give something away, give the devil a headache. I don't know about you, but I want to be the kind of woman, when my feet hit the floor, The devil says, Oh no, she's awake! Pray without ceasing, seek God like your life depends on it.
You are blood bought, and paid in full (Galatians 3:13-15). Time to walk like it, act like it, talk like it. God is asking his servant, "What Will you do with the talent I gave you?" WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANT!!!(Matthew 25:23)....
