Be Comforted by Deborah Waldron Fry

Beloved. To you who are sad and depressed. To you who have lost all hope. To you who mourn. You shall be comforted. I see Jesus. He is gathering His lambs unto Himself. You are His sheep, the sheep of His pasture. He holds you close to His Heart. He is binding up your broken places. Both physically and emotionally.

He is binding up your wounds. He is pouring His Oil over these wounds. Be comforted, Little Flock. Jesus is Your Good Shepherd. He is your Great Physician. The Comforter Himself is with you. The God of all compassion neither slumbers nor sleeps. Rest in His Everlasting Arms. He is healing your broken heart. He wipes the tears from your eyes. Don't struggle, Little One. Be still and know that He is God.

Isaiah 40:11 He shall feed His flock like a Shepherd: He shall gather the lambs in His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

Psalm 100:3 Know that the LORD Himself is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
