The moon and the sun may pass away, but the word of God endures forever (Matthew 24:35).
I am steadfast, immovable, and secure. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and come down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning (James 1:17). Have you ever heard bet on a sure thing, or put your money where your mouth is. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:21). Is the Father above where your treasure is, is he your bright morning star.
Are you blinded by his glory and his goodness. He replied, whether he is a sinner or not, I don't know. One thing I do know, I was blind but now I see! (John 9:25). Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17). Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect (Matthew 5:48). Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:12).
So keep striving, pushing, pressing; learn to labor and to wait! "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few" (Luke 10:2). Come forth my remaining remnant, my hidden ones, my chosen few.... swing your sickle, the word of God, and bring the harvest in....
