Though it tarry, wait for it, for it shall surely come (Habakkuk 2:3).

Titles and money do not matter in my kingdom. But the Lord said to Samuel, do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7).
Do you think you can impress me with all your accomplishments, do you think your trophy shelf catches My eye. I am a lover of your heart. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). I see every good deed and selfless act. My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials (James 1:2). For his anger last only a moment, but his favor last a lifetime; weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning (psalm 30:5). If you suffer for my sake, you are mine, but if you turn away, I will say, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work in equity (Matthew 7:23).
Thank goodness we serve a long suffering God. Full of meekness, humility, and compassion for us. Joyfully handing out second, third, and fourth chances. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath (James 1:19). Offer someone a grace card today, remembering they are only human. Be quick to forgive, and the prisoner you set free could be yourself. Bitterness is a jail, with no offer of parole. But love is your get out of jail free card....
