The Biblical Definition of Prosperity by John Hagee

The Biblical Definition of Prosperity by John Hagee
Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2

The biblical definition of prosperity is to "prosper in all things." Obviously, there is first the blessing of life. Jesus said, "I have abundantly" (John 10:10). The second blessing is that of healing. God said to Moses, "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26).

What Jesus Christ did routinely by the Sea of Galilee He can do today if you dare believe that the blood of the cross is greater than disease. God also desires that you prosper "in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2).

It's not how clever you are with your finances, but that your surrender yourself to Jesus, and that surrender only happens at the cross. "He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life" (2 John 5:12). If you have received Jesus Christ, you have eternal life and you have a peace with God that surpasses understanding.
