The Day of Pentecost by Tammy Lang Jensen

God is asking what monuments have you erected in your life today?

The Day of Pentecost by Tammy Lang Jensen
The Father took my hand and we walked through the ruins of ancient cities.

Giant marble pillars laying on the ground with moss and vines growing over them. The forest in the process of reclaiming its territory.

God is asking what monuments have you erected in your life today? Useless grand displays of money that he wasn’t invited into. All efforts without God eventually come to nothing. Remain in Me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in Me (John 15:4).

A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children, but a sinner’s wealth is stored up for the righteous. So the Lord says, I will give you a land on which you did not toil and cities you did not build; and you will live in them and eat from vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant (Joshua 24:13).

Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, restorer of streets with dwellings (Isaiah 58:12). The age-old foundations I want erected is the return of the Acts Church.

The reliving of the Day of Pentecost. Let my spirit fall down, let my glory go round....As My people lay down, To Worship Me....
